We are a UK-based charity organisation, inspired by our faith and guided by our core values. Our vision is to create a compassionate world where individuals and communities respond to the suffering of others. Driven by the belief in the intrinsic value of every human life, we strive to offer support to those in need, regardless of race, religion, or gender. We address the needs of the most vulnerable by providing sustainable solutions in areas such as shelter, education, healthcare, and wellbeing.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“The one who looks after and works for a widow and for a poor person, is like a warrior fighting for Allah’s Cause or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all the night.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari 6006)
Our Mission
JIQ UK Balasath is dedicated to tackling poverty, hunger, disease, and illiteracy in Bihar, India—the most poverty-stricken state according to the 2021 Government of India Report. Focused on the rural areas of Eastern Bihar, where families face severe economic challenges, we aim to empower communities suffering from poverty, lack of education, and inequality. Through the support of our donors, sponsors, and local partners, we are committed to transforming lives and alleviating poverty in these underserved regions
